Hi everyone, just to let u know we have now re- located our Thursday morning 9.30-10.30am chair yoga from the Columbine in Walton to st Michaels church hall in Kirby le soken, hope ur able to join us, all r welcome x

After completing snowdonia this weekend me and my daughter Fern have decided to do the big hike in Tendring for cancer research the link is on here if anyone feels they might want to donate, doesn’t matter how small it would all help as we have to raise £150 each, I guess we have all been affected by cancer one way or another, thank u in advance 🥰🥰👊💪🏻x

Does anyone know anyone that might want to buy loads of balloons, I’ve finished my balloon business and am deciding to sell them all ?? Round foil ones £1 each, numbers and bigger foils £2 each, and unicorn ma £3 each, I have these Mother’s Day balloons left 8x pink and 3 x white £1 each x

If ur looking to give chair/standing yoga a go, come and join us at st Michaels church hall, Kirby le soken Thursday morning 9.30-10.30am, £5 a class, no need to book just come along and give it a go, loads of parking and a lovely friendly group of people, all r welcome x
