✨ Helping Hands Needed! ✨
Chepstow Festival of Arts was a wonderful event, but now it’s time to take everything down from the railings on the walkway by St Mary’s Priory. We’d love your help on Sunday 7th September to get it all taken down and packed away.

📍 Meet at St Mary’s Priory at 10am on Saturday 7th September

It’ll be much easier (and quicker!) if we have plenty of hands, so please come along if you can!

A HUGE shoutout and thank you to all of the festival organisers. They pulled together an unforgettable day of music, art, craft community events and much much more. These are the women who worked tirelessly behind the scenes all year to bring you this wonderful day. On top of the year long organising process they’ve also been working overdrive the past few days, lugging tarpaulin, putting up gazebos, hanging wire and using more cable ties than they thought possible!

A MASSIVE round of applause is due for all of them.

Janice who organised Art on the Railings.
Pam who organised the Artisan Craft in St Mary’s Priory.
Sheila organised the artists in gazebos on the High Street and runs the website.

Bottom left -> right:
Julia who organised the performance acts.
Nicky who managed finance and all the planning applications.
Kim who organised the Community Fete on Priory Green.
