You will find all sorts of food, wine and craft ale on show, brighten your breakfast with French style sweet pastries. Enjoy chorizos, air-dried hams, loins and pancetta charcuterie. Be tempted by freshly squeezed iced lemonade. Watch local and celebrity chefs cooking up a storm in the chefs kitchen or join one of the free wine tasting classes. There is so much more on offer, one day will not be enough.

We’re on the hunt for exceptional w**es from one of Australia’s most exciting w**e regions — and we can’t wait to share what we discover with you!

Not all wraps are created equal. 🥘✨

🧻 Aluminum Foil
Your shield for high heat and light protection. 🔥☀️
But avoid using it directly with tomatoes and citrus, as they can react with the foil.

📜 Parchment Paper
The baker’s best friend. 🧁
Nonstick and compostable if uncoated, but never broiler safe. Safe for high oven temperatures, usually up to 420°F–450°F (220°C–230°C). ⚠️

🥡 Plastic Wrap
The preserver. Perfect for fridge storage. ❄️
Only use in the microwave if labelled microwave-safe, always vent before heating.

🟨 Wax Paper
The cooler option. Best for cold storage, sandwiches and dough. 🥪🍞
Never use with heat. Wax paper is coated with paraffin or soybean wax, which starts to melt at around 200°F (93°C). ❌🔥

Buckwood Studios are a family run business based in the Brecon Beacons. They use windfall timber from their own farm to create all of their products, and some are trees they actually planted themeselves back in the 1970’s!

Taste of Scotland

Based in Tain in the northeast of Scotland, their small business operates from the dairy of Blarliath Farm. Once a smallholding with 14 Shorthorn cows and a randy bull called Geordie that would lift the gate and set on to town for a little fun, the Farm is now an industrial estate that no longer paints the picture of rural romance – Rory suggests a stick of dynamite might improve it - but the fermenting and maturing taking place within its old walls remains truly artisan.

We proudly present you with their unique collection of artisan cheeses: Skinny Crowdie, Black Crowdie, Caboc, Morangie Brie, Minger, Fat Cow, Blue Murder and Strathdon Blue.

Simply enjoy them with a bottle of w**e in the company of friends or in a special recipe.
