Feeling supported can change everything.

Safe spaces help people open up, connect, explore and simply be themselves without fear of judgement.

That’s why inclusion, belonging and community sit at the heart of DOSE Fest. 💫🌈

Let’s welcome Carys Miles from Craft BEERings to DOSE Fest.

Carys is the creative maker behind Craft BEERings, where colourful craft beer cans are transformed into unique, handcrafted jewellery.

Her work is bold, playful, eco-conscious and full of personality - taking something that might otherwise be thrown away and giving it a whole new life as earrings, cufflinks and wearable art.

At DOSE Fest, Carys will be bringing statement pieces that celebrate creativity, sustainability and self-expression. Every piece tells its own little story: of colour, design, craft beer can artwork, individuality and the joy of wearing something completely different.

We love how Craft BEERings links with the DOSE Fest mission. Wellbeing is not only about movement and mindfulness - it is also about creativity, conscious choices, community, conversation and feeling free to express who you are.

So come and meet Carys, browse her beautiful upcycled jewellery and maybe find a pair of earrings that makes you feel bold, bright and brilliant.

Because sustainable style can still be full of joy.

Have you bought your tickets yet?
And what are you most looking forward to at DOSE Fest - the workshops, the music, the movement, the food, the makers, the community, or simply a day to feel good?

We cannot wait to see what brings you joy on the day.

Introducing our-hosts for the Main Stage at DOSE Fest.

Welcoming Samantha Stone and Cat Googe as our Main Stage co-hosts for DOSE Fest on Saturday 18th July.

These two incredible women will be helping us hold the energy at the heart of the festival - guiding conversations, welcoming speakers, introducing performers and bringing warmth, joy, realness and connection to the Main Stage throughout the day.

And they will each be leading their own powerful stage session too.

Samantha Stone is the Creative Director of Good Yoga Life, a wellness and community platform dedicated to movement, ritual and rebecoming. Known for creating transformational spaces that bring people together with warmth, energy and authenticity, Samantha believes in experiences that leave people feeling more alive, empowered and connected.

Her Main Stage session, RELEASE & RISE, is a high-energy vinyasa flow set to deep, bassy house beats. Expect strong movement, intentional breath and an invitation to let go of perfection, get out of your head and move how it actually feels.

This is yoga with attitude. And get's DOSE Fest guests off to a great start.
Raw, rhythmic and unapologetically expressive.

Cat Googe, also known as The Joy Queen, is one of the UK’s leading Laughter Yoga Experts, as well as a Reiki Healer, Speaker and Podcast Host. Featured on BBC Radio 2 and at iconic events including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Mind Body Spirit and Glastonbury Festival, Cat is known for her infectious energy, playful spirit and grounded wisdom.

Her Main Stage session, Laughter Yoga for Radical Joy, is a joyful dive into laughter as a powerful wellbeing tool - helping us shift stress, soothe the nervous system, welcome in more joy and reconnect with who we are.

Expect laughter, movement, energy, realness and a beautiful reminder that joy is not a luxury - it is a superpower.

Together, Samantha and Cat bring the perfect mix of boldness, softness, humour, depth and high-vibe festival magic.

We cannot wait for them to help us bring the DOSE Fest Main Stage to life.

Let’s welcome the wonderful Fiona to DOSE Fest.

Fiona is a Neuro Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor who brings together deep clinical experience, movement expertise and a genuine passion for community wellbeing.

Fiona also runs her Pilates groups from The Angel Pavilion Community Hub , where we have seen first-hand the warmth, care and connection she brings into the space.

Her work is rooted in making movement, health and fitness feel accessible — helping people build strength, confidence, balance and connection in a way that supports both body and mind.

In Fiona’s own words:

“Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins, in one place, in one festival! WOW!”

And that is exactly what DOSE Fest is about.

A space to move.
A space to connect.
A space to learn.
A space to feel good from the inside out.

Fiona believes deeply in the power of community wellbeing, and says that seeing physical progress and wonderful friendships grow through her classes fills her heart.

We love that, because it speaks so beautifully to the heart of DOSE Fest: creating accessible, joyful experiences that help people feel happier, healthier and more connected.

⭐Healthy body + healthy mind = happy life.⭐

We are so pleased to welcome Fiona to DOSE Fest and to celebrate the brilliant work she continues to bring to our local community through Angel Pavilion.
