Thank you so much for all the love and support, it truly means so much ❤️

I’m incredibly proud of what we created and achieved in such a short space of time.

When we first took on the unit, it was a blank canvas with so much potential. We built walls, levelled and installed a full new floor, added toilets, created decking, and poured everything we had into building something truly special.

Everything you saw and loved was created with passion, hard work, and the hope of building something long term.

Sometimes things don’t go the way you planned, and although it’s sad to close this chapter, I’ll always be proud of what we achieved and the memories we made there.

I’m choosing to focus on the positives, the people we met, the special moments we shared, and the incredible support we’ve received from so many of you.

Thank you for being part of that journey.

This may be the end of one chapter, but it’s certainly not the end of the story.

It’s taken us a long time to write this post, and honestly, that’s because the last few months have been incredibly difficult for us both emotionally and physically. Since December, there’s been a lot behind the scenes, with uncertainty, stress, and things we legally can’t talk about.

We know there’s been speculation and untrue things said. People will talk and create their own version. We’re not interested in gossip or negativity—it’s been hard enough. We just choose peace.

We want to remember the good times. It is with a heavy heart that The Enchanted Teapot has come to an abrupt end after only 6 months. This was never our choice.

Looking back, if we’d known how things would unfold, we’d never have believed this would be the ending after all we invested. Walking away is heartbreaking beyond words. We had a year of exciting plans, magical events, and so much more we were ready to bring. We wanted something magical for all ages, and we did that, even in a short time.

Our customers became friends, some like family. Canceling parties and bookings was devastating but out of our hands.

We believe refunds are complete, but if you have a gift voucher still, please WhatsApp 07539 868 919.

This may be the end of The Enchanted Teapot, but it’s not the end of us. We’re taking time to breathe, heal, and plan what’s next.

To everyone who supported us—thank you. And to whoever walks into that unit next, we sincerely wish them all the best for the future.

Important Update

We are aware that there has been some speculation and commentary circulating regarding the future of the venue.

At this time, no formal public announcement has been made by us regarding closure. We are currently reviewing our position and carrying out necessary works and discussions before making any decisions about reopening dates or future bookings.

Out of fairness to customers, we are not taking new bookings until we are in a position to confirm dates with certainty. We would never take deposits or confirm events unless we were confident we could deliver them.

We kindly ask that people avoid making assumptions or sharing unverified information. If and when there is confirmed news, it will come directly from us via our official page.

We appreciate the continued support from those who have reached out privately and respectfully. We will provide an update as soon as we are able to.

No messages or phone calls are being ignored. Unfortunately, our work phone was accidentally left in Finland over the Christmas period while we were away with family.
If you need to contact us, please message us directly via Facebook Messenger, as this is currently the only way we can respond. We kindly ask that people refrain from publicly shaming the business without knowing the full facts, or relying on word of mouth and gossip. We are always happy to respond when contacted directly.
Due to unforeseen circumstances relating to the shop, we had no choice but to temporarily close during the end of December and January. This was completely beyond our control.
To anyone owed a deposit for Afternoon Teas, please message us directly and we will deal with this as a priority.
To everyone who has reached out—whether for a coffee catch-up or simply to check in—especially our lovely regulars, we truly appreciate your support. Your kindness and understanding mean more than you know.
