Green Yurts is the home of beautifully crafted handmade yurts available to hire or buy anywhere in the UK. Based in the Essex countryside, we are perfectly situated to provide our services in and around the London area as well as further afield. Green Yurts is a company that understands the importance of luxury and puts the customer first. Whether it be for a yurt party, wedding yurt or festival yurt we look to make whatever event you are attending or planning as special as it should be.

: That Surreal Island Escape Osea Island

Looking back at the May Bank Holiday in 2021 — a time when the world was still "reopening" and we were all desperate for a change of scene!

Remember our Glamping site at Osea Island? Crossing that tidal causeway felt like leaving reality behind (and honestly, after months of lockdown, we were more than ready to leave it).

🌊 Racing the tide to get across the Blackwater Estuary before the road disappeared.

🙏 No crowds, just the sound of the water and the crackle of fire pits.

It was a weird, beautiful bubble of calm in the middle of a chaotic year. Who else managed to sneak away for a socially-distanced sunset that weekend? 🌅✨

Audience approached us earlier this year with an exciting opportunity 🤩

They hired our Yurt for a collaboration between Disney x National Trust for the new movie Hoppers! 🌿 🦫

The two activations took place earlier this year in the Bernie Spain Gardens, London Southbank and in Winter Gardens in Sheffield 🇬🇧.

🛖 Our versatile Yurt fitted their brief perfectly, connecting urban and nature for a trail where guests followed a meandering path to find characters and finally ending in the beaver den (or yurt!)
