Thank you to all the promoters, businesses, industry professionals and public who attended the first Essex Promoter & Night-Time Economy Forum this week Acanteen.

And special thanks to the exceptional panel of speakers, Freek Wallagh, Keith Reilly, Jessica Helliar, Luke Richards, and Ryan Rezazadeh-Rue who shared valuable insights into the opportunities, challenges, and future of the night-time economy and the vital role promoters play within it.

Chelmsford For You was proud to work alongside Michael Kill and the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) to bring this important event to Chelmsford, creating a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful industry connections.

Have you spotted our Pride windows across the city centre? 🌈As part of the Essex Pride celebrations in Central Park, we’ve partnered with local artists and businesses to create a series of Chelmsford Pride murals, celebrating diversity, inclusion and our LGBTQ+ community.

We're excited for the first-ever Essex Promoter & Night Time Economy Forum, taking place in Chelmsford city centre this Wednesday, 10 June. Hosted by the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) over in Acanteen, this free event brings together promoters, venue operators, nightlife professionals and emerging talent for an afternoon of insight, discussion and networking.

Hear from Michael Kill (NTIA CEO), Freek Wallagh (Night Mayor of Amsterdam), Keith Reilly (Co-Founder of Fabric) and Chelmsford's own Ryan Rezazadeh (The Courtyard Chelmsford & Chelmsford Pubwatch) as they discuss the future of live events, promotion and the night-time economy.
