Saturday morning we went straight to the top of the Syllabus.

One G1 pistol threat. One E2 pistol threat. Advanced, technical and a serious reminder of just how deep Krav Maga goes. 💥

Positive, warm and with an appetite to learn that never stops, John is everything a club ambassador should be. 💪

John joins an incredible and growing team alongside Niki, Chris, Joe, Owen and Vivi, people who don't just train hard but make M-Power the community it is.

Saturday morning's class covered Educational Stop, striking combinations and vulnerable points, the kind of session that doesn't just teach you what to do, but why it works in a real situation.

Owen got us warmed up and ready, Niki kicked things off bringing that E2 expertise straight to the mat, and Chris closed it out keeping the standard exactly where it needs to be. 👊

This is what M-Power looks like on a Saturday morning, purposeful, technical and built around making you genuinely harder to hurt. 💪

Last night Niki returned to the mat and wasted no time, putting students through their paces with seating headlock releases.

This isn't just any class. This is training led by the only IKMF Expert in Berkshire and the only female Expert 2 in the entire country. 🇬🇧

Fresh from passing her E2 grading, Niki brings back knowledge forged at the highest level of Krav Maga and every single student in that room benefits from it.

Seating headlock releases might sound specific. But being grabbed from behind when you're at your most vulnerable? That's as real as it gets. Tonight our students learned exactly what to do about it. 💥
