✨ OPPORTUNITY: Fundraising & Finance Officer (Freelance) ✨

Be part of something powerful — Celtic Deaf Festival 2027 is looking for a skilled and motivated freelancer to help secure funding and manage finances for our upcoming festival and workshop programme.

This role includes:
* Developing a fundraising strategy
* Writing funding applications (Welsh Government, Arts Council, trusts)
* Budget management & financial reporting
* Supporting partnerships & outreach

🕒 Flexible: 8–10 hours per week (flexible days)
📆 June 2026 – September 2027
💷 Fee: £10,000

⏳Deadline to apply: 25th May 2026

We would particularly welcome applications from Deaf candidates, BSL users, or those with BSL skills. However, we are open to all applicants who are passionate about supporting the Deaf community and inclusive arts.

Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about arts, culture, and accessibility.

✨ Can you believe it’s already been 2 months since that magical Saturday night at the Celtic Deaf Festival with the amazing Lights Parade? ✨

What a night! Huge thanks to Small World Theatre for creating such a beautiful spectacle and to everyone who joined us to make it so special. 💫

We’ve got loads of exciting photos to share over the next few weeks from our brilliant team of photographers (big shout-out to Oliver for this photographs 📸)

We’re also sending out feedback forms next week — we’d love to hear your thoughts to make next year’s festival even better!
