A new 40K race takes in all the 12K has to offer as well as a stunning tour of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, which promises dramatic landscapes, plunging cliffs, secluded coves and breathtaking views. The event is delivered in partnership by the Merthyr Mawr Estate & Run 4 Wales (R4W).
