🎉💜 WE'VE HIT 30,000 MEMBERS!!! 💜🎉

WOW!!! 30,000 of you! 🥹🙌

When I started Cardiff Mums back in July 2013, I never imagined it would grow into the incredible community it is today.

What started as a little Facebook group has become a place where thousands of local parents and carers come together to share advice, support one another, discover what's happening locally and help each other through the ups and downs of family life. ❤️

And now there's 30,000 of us!!! 🥳

I honestly can't thank you all enough for being part of this journey. Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined us this morning, THANK YOU! 💜

But I think a milestone this big deserves more than just a Facebook post…

💜 A LITTLE TIME FOR YOU | CARDIFF MUMS

I think I might have found somewhere my brain actually switches off! ✨

As parents, we're so used to juggling a hundred things at once that sometimes we forget what it feels like to truly relax.

I recently experienced float therapy at Revival Float in Cardiff, and I wanted to share it with you.

I'll admit, I was a little nervous at first. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect!

But I soon settled in. The soft, dim lighting was really comforting, and there was gentle music playing.

I'd been told that when the music started again, it would be time to get out.

Well… the next thing I knew, I was waking up to the music! 😅

I'd actually fallen asleep!

And the feeling afterwards? It's quite difficult to explain.

My mind is constantly busy. I'm always thinking, planning, organising or worrying about something.

But afterwards, my brain just felt… peaceful.

Not just my body. My actual mind.

And the most surprising part? That feeling of calm stayed with me for around a week.

I know everyone's experience will be different, but for me, it was genuinely something special.

Dan has created such a lovely, welcoming space at Revival, and I'm really pleased to be able to share it with our community.
