insport series events provide inclusive sporting opportunities for disabled young people and adults across Wales. insport Series comes to Newport with opportunities for ages 7+.

insport Series comes to Flintshire with opportunities for ages 5+. This event will be led by Aura Wales, in partnership with local clubs and programmes. Free to access activities include disability skatepark, inflatable park, boccia, wheelchair rugby league and taekwondo.

insport Series: Swim, Bike, Run

This event is designed to provide participants with an enjoyable taste of multisport as they take part in swim, bike, run

Participants will complete a short swim within the pool at Penlan Leisure Centre, before transitioning to complete cycle and run loops at the adjacent Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Bryn Tawe site.

Entry to this event is free of charge, and registration is now open!
