The Cambridge Gin Laboratory (you can call us the Gin Lab as we're friends) will have three sessions available from November where you can come and taste a range of gins, learn about gin production methods and history and even blend your own bottle. The sessions are as follows:

The Cambridge Gin Masterclass: a tutored tasting which will reveal not only how a selection of our gins are made, but also why, and teach you how to taste like a professional and create your own tasting notes. The History and Mysteries of Gin: a guided tour through the often surprising and frequently fascinating history of gin, stopping off for tastings at many important points along the way. Balancing Botanicals: a glimpse behind the scenes of the art and science of gin distillation and blending. Discover how your senses combine to create flavour, and how we use this to make the perfect gin. Then, put your newly acquired knowledge to use by blending your own bottle of gin!
