We’re pleased to welcome Bianca Teti as a speaker for our Executive Roundtable in Stockholm on 12 May.

Her session, Beyond Digital Transformation: Building AI-Driven Commercial Ecosystems at Scale, will explore how industrial companies are moving from traditional dealer-led models to AI-enabled, data-driven commercial ecosystems.

She will share practical insights on building digital sales and channel strategies across complex B2B networks, the data foundations required for scalable e-commerce, and what it really takes to align sales, marketing, and service through a commercial excellence model.

Join us to hear her perspective and connect with other senior leaders.

Yesterday, we were delighted to host the CIO & CISO UK Summit at The Clermont Charing Cross, bringing together an incredible group of technology and security leaders for a day of insight, honesty, and collaboration.

A huge thank you to all of our attendees, speakers, and our fantastic moderator Steve Benton for driving such engaging and thought-provoking discussions throughout the day.

Some of the key themes that emerged…

We’re seeing a clear shift in how organisations view the CIO and CISO roles. The strongest message? These leaders must be true peers at the executive table, helping shape business strategy from the outset, not being brought in after the fact. When security is embedded by design, organisations benefit from greater resilience, faster delivery, and clearer cost outcomes.

The pace of change in the threat landscape, particularly driven by AI, was a major focus. From increasingly sophisticated fraud and impersonation to the rise of AI agents, it’s clear that identity is becoming the new perimeter, requiring a Zero Trust approach across both human and machine identities.

There was also a powerful and much-needed spotlight on cyber wellbeing. As demands on security teams continue to grow, the importance of supporting people, not just investing in technology, has never been greater. Leadership has a critical role to play in driving positive, immediate change here.

Discussions also highlighted the growing exposure of executives through their digital footprints, the often-overlooked risks within WiFi environments, and the expanding challenge of third-party ecosystems, where continuous visibility, collaboration, and shared responsibility are key.

And finally, a theme that truly resonated across the day: recovery is king.
In an increasingly uncertain world, resilience is no longer just about prevention, it’s about understanding whether you can respond and recover when it matters most.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a valuable day, we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Yesterday. We had an amazing afternoon at our CIO & CISO Norway Roundtable!

Special thanks to our opening panel moderator and distinct panelists for a very engaging panel session on how AI is transforming digital identity, what “trust” means in an intelligent enterprise, and how organisations can future-proof their transformation journeys through secure, data-driven identity strategies.

Masterclass presentations from our speakers on how Helse Sør-Øst handles its Identity Access Management, and Verified Trust in the Age of Agentic AI.

Finally, we had an interactive session where we explored a new reality: AI doesn’t just attack systems — it attacks trust. From deepfake-enabled supplier fraud to identity as the new control plane, the discussion challenged assumptions around Zero Trust, sovereignty, and cross-border cloud reliance.

As always, huge thanks to Ping Identity and everyone who attended!

Last Wednesday we hosted our first InfoTeam International roundtable of 2026 in Dubai in partnership with Ping Identity and it set the tone for the year ahead.

A recent Dark Reading CISO article predicted: “2026: The Year Agentic AI Becomes the Attack-Surface Poster Child.”
Around our table of regional leaders, it was clear this is already becoming reality.

We opened with a sharp session from Yedhu Krishna Menon ييدو كريشنا مينون on AI Third-Party Risk Management, exploring how established TPRM principles must now evolve to assess, contract and manage AI risk across suppliers and where AI itself can streamline and strengthen those processes.

Abdullah Masud from Ping Identity then delivered an engaging and highly practical exploration of AI-enabled fraud. As agentic AI accelerates, so will “bad bots.” The discussion reinforced a critical point echoed in the 2026 trends: traditional guardrails aren’t enough.

The battleground is identity.

Authentication, authorisation, privilege controls and segmentation of AI agents will define how effectively we secure autonomous systems. The enterprise AI control plane must shift toward continuous authorisation over every resource agents touch.

The debate that followed was lively and wide-ranging; accountability, legal exposure, compliance and leadership responsibility in an AI-driven world.

We also touched briefly on cyber mental health, with Steve Benton sharing insights from Cybermindz on rising stress and burnout in the profession, an important reminder that resilience is as critical as technology.

A huge thank you to the exceptional leaders who joined us and contributed so openly.

Thank you to Ping Identity for partnering with us, and to Steve Benton for his expert moderation as always.

An energising start to 2026 these are exactly the conversations organisations need to be having.
