What a day! Newlyn Harbour Lights certainly know how to throw a good Raft Race Day! This day served as just another reminder of the power in community!

Thank you to all those who spoke to the C’oar’nish Maid team, took part in the rowing challenge, bought merch, asked questions and cheered on Claire in the raft race as part of the Newlyn Meadery team!

💯 DAYS TO GO! 🌊🚣🏼‍♀️

In just 100 days, I’ll push away from the start line in La Gomera and begin rowing 3,000 miles solo across the Atlantic to Antigua!

After years of dreaming, planning, training and fundraising, it’s suddenly beginning to feel very real. There’s still plenty to do before Invictus and I reach that start line, but every training session, event, donation and message of support takes us another stroke closer. 🧡💙

Looking forward to being part of Newlyn Raft race this weekend!

Invictus will be on show on the green come along and see the boat for the last time before it is shipped off to the startline…

Claire will also be doing some extra training to prepare her for the Atlantic, she will be on the water on Sunday taking part in the adult raft race!

What a week it’s been… A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by South Embankment over the past week to meet me and Invictus! 💙🧡

Thank you Dartmouth Regatta, what a brilliant event to be part of! We have enjoyed watching all of the events happening around us! The weather was on our side all week, with only today’s rain sending us home a few hours earlier than planned. ☀️⛅️☔️

For now, it’s back to training and getting Invictus ready before she ships from the Uk in October out to the start line. The countdown is well and truly on! 🌊🚣🏼‍♀️

All this year Claire is training, fundraising and showcasing Invictus to get to the start of World’s Toughest Row in December - all funds raised over the campaign will be donated to MNDA on completion of Rowing across the Atlantic!

We’re swapping Cornish waters for Devon for the next week as C’oar’nish Maid heads to the Dartmouth Regatta

Come down to the Embankment from tomorrow to meet Claire, see Invictus up close and find out all about the journey towards the World’s Toughest Row – Atlantic this December. 🌊🚣🏼‍♀️
