One of the highlights on Burnham’s event calendar is Burnham Town Council’s Quay Day. Taking place during the Burnham Week regatta it has a pirate theme. The day promotes local businesses and talent. It is a wonderful fun filled family day for those who live here and those visiting this pretty Essex town
The event takes place in Millfields Park and runs along the Quayside. Music, food, craft stalls and artists guide you. Many enjoy listening to the bands playing while having a picnic in the park, sampling the food and drink available from local suppliers. A collection of entertainment is always available to keep children amused. Car displays in the park are a popular attraction for young and old.
Travel - This event is busy so do come by train and follow the music through the country park to the event. If you come by car, park at Ormiston Rivers Academy and hop on the park and ride bus service.
