Who’s joining us for the first time?
🚛 It includes all the important travel, parking, passport and showground information you’ll need for the day.
⏰ TIMES will be out early next week.
Numbers do not need to be printed.
HOWEVER, if you do have bibs/bridle numbers, please pack those!

For those of you who already know and love USJL, the familiar format will still very much be there.
We’ll be building the course on Friday — volunteers GRATEFULLY received 🙏

The course will remain the same all day, except for the fun classes!
🅿️ Newbury will have their own parking stewards on site — although I’m still hoping Car Park Ken might make a little appearance, mainly to hold my hand ❤️🩹
No cars are permitted in the lorry park unless they have a valid disabled badge.
No exceptions — and no Car Park Ken to charm your way into “just dropping some tack at the lorry” 😂
Cars must follow the official signs into the designated car parks.
🏇🏽 Alongside the normal jumping, we’ve added a bit of extra fun for Newbury too, including the Horse & Hound Relay, Pairs and the Accumulator — and there are still a few spaces available if anyone fancies joining us.

I will always do my absolute best to accommodate you where possible, because that’s very much what USJL is about.
🛑 But this one genuinely has to be a hard NO!
So please don’t send me a cheeky Friday WhatsApp once the course goes up and the FOMO kicks in, because however much you try to guilt-trip me… it’s still a no. Sorry 😂
E-tickets, wristbands and horsebox passes all have to be finalised in advance, so this time I physically can’t squeeze anyone in at the last minute.
🏆 Best of luck to everyone who’s qualified with us for the Hickstead Championships — we’re genuinely gutted it clashes and we can’t be there cheering you on in person.
Go out there and absolutely smash it, guys!
And for the rest of you still sitting in the “maybe…” camp for Newbury — come and support us!
Even if you’re not competing, let us know if you’re heading to the show and planning to pop over and see us in Ring 1. We’d love to know who we’ll have there cheering USJL on.
It’s going to be a big one and the excitement is definitely ramping up now.
Please come along, compete, support, spectate and be part of it. 🥳
And a little reminder that behind USJL it is still essentially just me juggling entries, admin, messages, tech, course building and approximately 47 other things at once 😂 So if somebody pops up with a question and one of you seasoned USJL people knows the answer, please feel very free to jump in — politely, correctly (Leanne) and in the USJL spirit, obviously 😂🖤💛
