This Pride Month, we’re proud to have created a special commemorative logo that looks beyond celebration to honour the history of struggle that paved the way.

Inspired by the concept of "The Shattered Prism," our iconic squirrel is reimagined breaking free from constraints, symbolised by crumbling bricks and fragmented code - a direct nod to the Stonewall Riots of 1969 and the historical persecution of visionaries like Alan Turing and Oscar Wilde. From this foundation of resistance, a powerful prism of Progress Pride colours erupts, transforming past barriers into a spectrum of liberation and joy. This design honours those who fought for the freedom to dance with pride today.

Today at Dancing Squirrel, we’re handing out "Pointless Meeting Survivor" badges to the team. It’s a bit of Friday fun, but it comes from a serious place. Studies show that the average knowledge worker spends nearly 10 full weeks a year in meetings, and 71% of those are considered unproductive.

We protect our team's "Deep Work" time fiercely. By leaning into our 4-day work week and a culture of asynchronous communication, we make sure our meetings are meaningful, not just a calendar filler.

For almost everyone in it's an office day today, so we’re celebrating a huge win! 🐿️ ☕️

We recently received some incredible feedback from a client that reminded us why we do what we do. They highlighted our team’s "calm approach" and "quick problem-solving" in making their event a seamless success.

To say a big 'Squirrel Thank You' for all the hard work and long hours, we’ve upgraded the coffee bar biscuits to a full afternoon tea spread! 🍰🍓 It’s a rare treat, but well-deserved for a team that always brings their A-game.

To celebrate the city we love, we’ve set a challenge: working in two groups they have to navigate their way to our team lunch via their absolute favourite Milton Keynes landmarks.

The catch? They have to bring a balloon along for the ride!

From concrete cows to hidden lakeside paths, where will the squirrels pop up? 📍
