New Event launches

Good evening you Runbelievable lot, after a very long day of Runbelievable paperwork we have 2 new events for you πŸ˜€

Both events will take place at Samphire Hoe and both will be 8hr challenges! Yes 8hrs! We will be using the 3.28 mile route and as usual you can complete as few or as many loops of the course within the time limit so run, walk or crawl you have plenty of time to reach your goal.

1st up is Octoberfest on September 26th, you know how Runbelievable do these things, expect Pretzels, sausage and even a beer at the finish.

2nd is our Halloween offering for this year, Attack of the zombie cows - Samphire Hell! October 31st. Halloween fancy dress is very much encouraged for this one and I think this may be my favourite medal yet!

Also on a side note, I know we have said it before but due to lack of interest in Ranscombe Simon Says(unless we have an influx of entries) is likely to be the final time other than no mans land that we will be visiting Ranscombe 😒 also it's Marie Debont-booth 300th marathon so there will definitely be cake!

If you enjoy Runbelievable events please do spread the word with your running clubs and running friends. We have met so many amazing people over our events so far and really dont want it to end so soon πŸ™

New Event Launch!
Runbelievable 100

Betteshanger Park

July 11th

7hr challenge

Taking you back to where it all started for our 100th event!

Back in September 2020, in the throes of Covid and under the guidance of Tills and Rachel of SVN, Runbelievable Challenges dipped their proverbial toe into the world of race directing. The Black Hugin at Betteshanger was our very first event, it's original location scuppered by a testing world wide virus. Almost 6 years later we are heading into our 100th event, for which we are so proud and so grateful to anyone who has supported us along the way. At the time of writing we have seen over 1300 runners who have amassed almost 90,000 miles between them.

There will be fun, prizes, optional fancy dress and miles with smiles - we would love for you to join us in celebrating!

But thats is not it! This is not only going to be Runbelievables 100th but will also be Lex Dalton 100th marathon and just like Runbelievable Lex started his journey to 100 at Betteshanger with SVN at their D-day challenge 2021.

The Medal Reveal for this event will come soon, we just want to make it super special so the design is taking a little extra time.

Don't forget if you choose to run your 100th, 200th, 300th etc with us you run for free.

So without further ado event entries are now live and you can enter via the link below.

New event alert! Runbelievable's 99th event!

Lucky Dip Charity Challenge

Saturday 6th June 2026

Cyclopark

Β£30 with a whopping Β£10 from every entry going to the Air Ambulance Charity!

We actually cant believe that we are closing in on our 100th event!

As many of you know we struggled for numbers alot over the last few years so still have a vast haul of medals from previous events inc 1 box still remaining from SVN so we thought our final run before 100 we would try to do a bit more for charity hence the entry is Β£5 more than our other Lucky Dip event. The Air Ambulance rely on donations to be able to keep going and are a vital part of our emergency services so the more of you we can get to this event the more money we can pass in their direction.

If you or anyone you know would like to join us follow the below link

Our 100th event will hopefully be at Betteshanger park back where we held our very first event and will be launched very soon (just need to finish the medal design) and will be July 11th

Epic series at the Cyclopark with the latest Runbelievable Challenges Phoenix Running Ltd crossover the Roadrunner 5 in 5!

The series tested the runners with all the season rolled in to 5 days, we had ice, rain, wind, sun and temperatures from 0-10 degrees. Watching the forecast during the week it looked as if it was going to end with a very wet weekend but apart from a short shower this morning we once again were blessed with pretty good weather.

Runbelievable joined the party on Saturday and wow we had some epic achievements! We had not 1, not 2 but 5 first marathons! George Dalton, Jack Harris, Harry Ouseley, Ruairi Overy-Hennesey and Dhiann Rai massive congratulations to you all you were all epic πŸ‘ But that was not it Jane Lightfoot completed her 52 in 52 and Lee Rogers after finishing 1st last week at Samphire in 2hrs 53mins recorded a new PB of 2hrs 41mins! Just incredible πŸ‘

Other Runbelievable miles stones this weekend saw over 20 runners earn their 100 mile buffs, Patricia Coleman, Dean sykes and Beryl De Smedt earned their 500 mile baseball caps and Richard Fullbrook earned his 1000 mile hoodie!

Today we had the honour to be present for Sarah Marshall completing 10'000 Phoenix mile! Congratulations Sarah what an epic achievement πŸ‘

Final shout out goes to our co-host Rik Vercoe who took Saturday off to run the Copthorne 50k and not only did he win but set a new course record, very well done sir πŸ‘

We had a blast over the weekend and would love to see you all again soon. More 2026 events coming soon but if you want to join us in December and January we have about 20 places left in each event.

Samphire Ho Ho Ho December 14th where we not only have a cool new Samphire medal but our aid station will turn Christmas themed for the day.

After feedback from our wonderful runners we have decided to add an 8 hour Lucky Dip option to our Around the World in 80Ks event. For those who might find 50 miles a bit of a stretch but still want to join in the fun. A hard 8 hour cut off and you will receive an epic medal from a past event.
