Volunteering is a great way to visit festivals and become a part of the crew that makes the magic happen! 💫

Know how to pull a proper pint? Have any cocktail skills? We're looking for hard-working and generally all-round good eggs to join the crew across site wide bars. 🍻

Our application is for volunteers interested in working 2-3 x bar shifts (approximately 18-20 hrs in total), in exchange for the ticket, over the 4 day festival.

IMPORTANT: The whole crew will be required on site by the evening of Wednesday 26th August, ready for the mandatory team briefing early the following day.

♻️ Tackling travel impacts & funding community-benefit renewable energy with onboard:earth

🌍 We know that the carbon emissions created by travel to events are often the greatest environmental impact, as they contribute to climate change and air pollution. We partner with to measure our company miles and emissions, find ways to reduce our impact, and balance unavoidable carbon emissions.

🚐 Our donations from last year have been invested to support the brilliant Solar for Schools project. They help UK schools to install solar panels, allowing them to produce low-cost clean electricity, and run education programmes to teach children about the importance of a low-carbon future and inspire positive behaviour change. Solar for School’s key impacts to date are:

- 295 solar powered schools across the country.
- 180,000 students reached with solar, energy and green careers education since 2016.
- 13,594.64 tCO2 saved across all schools since 2016.
- £2.5m saved by schools in the last 5 years
- 30% reduction in energy consumption: all participating schools report dramatic behaviour change around energy use.

🌍 Celebrate World Kindness Day with us! 🌍

Try and do (at least) one intentional act of kindness today to benefit someone else. It can be as straightforward or as involved as you like. 🌟

Check in on a friend that you haven’t spoken to for a while, call a family member, help out in your local community, pick up some litter on the street, buy a homeless person a sandwich or warm drink, book in to give blood, smile at a stranger…. The list is endless. 🫶🏼

No matter what you decide to do, your act of kindness will unite you with others dedicated to changing the world one kind act at a time. 🕰️

We are proud to announce that our staff and customers helped raise £2343.72 for Medical Aid in Palestine !! 👏

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees.

They provide immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO DONATED!! ❤️ It's such an important cause.

Just a reminder that we have our LAST EVENT of the season in 2 weeks - Annie Mac, Waterworks & DnB Allstars - Friday 12th, Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th September.

Rate of pay: £13.85 + holiday pay (for bar staff. Management is different, you will be emailed separately).

Three day working event: approx 3x 10-12hr shifts.
ESTIMATED working hours, yet TBC:
Friday - 12:00-22:30 / 14:00-22:30
Saturday - 10:30-22:30 / 13:00-22:30

You have been instrumental in our bar operations and have served thousands upon thousands of happy punters across multiple events.

Hey you! Yes, you....

A polite reminder to all that work with us, and especially to those that are putting Recruitment down as their referee - PLEASE bear in mind that we have over five thousand (yes, 5050!) staff on our books. There are only two members of staff on our recruitment team, and it is the busiest time of the year for us.

It is imperative that you contact us first, to check that we have the capacity to provide a reference for you. It's also nice and polite to ask permission.

Another HUGELY important note for you all, is to check in with your referee's on your .jobs profile, especially when you have applied to work an event or festival with Refresh West, to make sure that they are looking out for that Reference Request via email. This is the biggest hold up of your applications to work with us - the referee's not responding in time. This is why workers end up missing out on events - their references have not come back.
