This little star has started her off season after winning both her shows which of course was expected. Ha call me confident but someone who is natural and still so young deserves all the success that is coming her way. After watching recent Olympia I could not stop thinking that one day she will be there. I am so very proud to be your coach and a friend, you make me excited about the future soooo much! ATTENTION ALL BUSY MUMS/ WORKING 9-5 WOMEN

I have launched a new programme for girls who have limited time to train, eat and sleep!

Victorija came to me 3 days after giving birth to her baby (yes I know) wanting to loose her 86kg weight in a healthy way but as quick as possible whilst breast feeding and mastering a new mum’s responsibility. She can only train at home with bands and dumbells (2-3 days a week) and does some walking with pram for cardio. She signed up for 3 months programme and today she weighed 63kg. I think we are both feeling the same way today- proud and grateful for knowing what to do when you have limited time to eat and move… loosing 33kg (73 pounds/ 5 stones) in 3 months is pretty big deal to us both I must admit.

For this particular programme I only accept new clients under these 5 conditions;
- you can only workout 2-3 days a week with less than 45 minutes a day (if you are lucky) in a gym OR at home with limited equipment
- you eat 3 meals a day max (if you are lucky)
- you snack
- you might enjoy glass of wine
- you tried everything but now believe busy life just defeats you

This is my friend and her daughter posing in front of the camera like we all do nowadays. The difference is Ellie, her daughter is no longer with us. It’s been six years and now as I am a mum myself I am still not understanding how Lorraine walks and functions without her child. Ellie was part of team GB in snowboarding and doing sports all my life I understand how much love and pressure we all have under our belt. She is gone unfortunately.. now her mum is trying to do something positive in her life. Lorraine has been doing a lot of charity work and talking and working with all sorts of human beings, just which I believe, in hope to save someone’s else’s daughter or son. So for next couple of weeks, I want to help her raise some money for who listen to people who might not see the “way out”. I know there won’t be another Ellie but maybe just maybe that can help my friend a little bit to feel loved. I have posted the fundraising link to my bio and will share it in my stories too. Please help if you can
