Behind the newly painted facade and glossy bright green door you will find this stylish comfortable loft style apartment sleeps up to 8 guests, arranged over 2 levels. Family friendly. A travel cot, tot seat for the dining table and stairgate can be provided for family groups. There are two bedrooms on the lower level of the apartment on the first floor: one with en-suite shower room plus separate family bathroom. The open plan living / dining / kitchen space is located above the bedrooms on the second floor of the apartment with high vaulted ceiling: an impressive communal space for a group of friends or family or business colleagues to get together for a meal or for cocktails prior to going out on the town. Dining area with glass-top dining table to seat 6 comfortably. There are 8 chairs if required. A toddlers totseat that attaches to the table can also be supplied. Kitchen area has sleek glossy cream units with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Plus breakfast bar and 3 bar stools. The washing machine is downstairs in the utility cupboard. There are 2 tumble dryers in the kitchen area. Living area with 2 sofa beds to sleep 1-2 guests each. The grey sofa bed sleeps 2 adults comfortably and the black sofa bed sleeps 1 large adult or 2 small adults at a squeeze. Can sleep up to 4 guests on a short term basis. Art work adorns the walls. From the start, this was a great place to stay - Marina sent us incredibly detailed information regarding the accommodation itself, as well as things to do in Brighton generally, and in the immediate area. This was very useful, as we'd never been, and were keen to explore. It was very easy to get in as well. The place itself was amazing - homey and stylish all at the same time. More than enough space (there were 5 of us staying), and came packed with amenities to keep us more than satisfied throughout our stay. The living, dining and kitchen areas were a great place to hang out. Very clean too. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, and would recommend it unreservedly. Thanks Marina!
