Thank you so much for being part of our event. We were truly delighted to have you there and we’re so grateful that you took the time to join us.

Our Taxi dancers have been personally chosen for their warmth, infectious energy, approachability and let’s not forget, they’re all amazing dancers!

Look out for the FLORAL GARLAND either around their necks or wrists, and make sure to grab them for a dance!

We want everyone to feel comfortable and included at our event, so even if you’re new to the scene, we encourage you to take part and enjoy the social, and our taxi dancers are here to ensure you will have some incredible dances to remember! 💖

We’re thrilled to welcome ✨Nadina back to Brighton.
We can never get enough of her!

London-based dancer Nadina specializes in BachaZouk and brings a decade of Bachata experience to the dance floor. She teaches internationally and is known for her creativity, musicality, and dynamic teaching style.

Nadina is the co-owner of and co-organizer of .uk , playing a key role in growing the BachaZouk community in the UK.

She’ll be teaching at this event alongside our London BachaZouk dancer, Edon🔥 we can’t wait to have her with us in Brighton next weekend!

🌊 Sirenas- Female Dance Project, Dance Academy & Performance Team by our favourite
👇

ANNA POULKARI is a Greek dancer, choreographer and educator based in the UK, and founder of the female dance academy and performance team Sirenas.

Raised in a small town in Greece where opportunities for dance were non-existent and formal training was not available, Anna’s journey began self-taught, guided by music, instinct and a deep love for movement and art. At 17, she moved to Thessaloniki to study and pursue training, building her path through persistence and dedication.

She trained in Contemporary Dance before falling in love with Salsa and Latin styles, co-creating competitive teams that achieved 1st place awards across Greece, the Balkans and international events. Her performance journey includes theatre productions and appearances at the National Theatre of Northern Greece.

She has also been part of the organising team behind Agua Festival, the largest Latin dance festival in Greece.

Anna was a member of the university dance teaching team in Thessaloniki and, after moving to the UK, she taught salsa at the University of Southampton. Through her teaching in England, she has helped grow the university salsa community from around 20 dancers to more than 200 members today.

With over 14 years of experience, Anna has taught and performed in Contemporary, Salsa, Ladies Styling, Heels and Reggaeton and more styles. Since 2020, she has been teaching across the South Coast of England, developing courses, choreography programmes and performance projects through universities, schools and dance communities.

Her work is rooted in resilience, expression and the belief that dance builds confidence, identity and connection.

🌊 SIRENAS

Sirenas is a female dance project founded by Anna Poulkari - a space where women come together to train, grow, create and perform.

It began through ladies styling courses, choreography training and solo technique work across the South Coast, and evolved into a performance team built on commitment, consistency and shared growth.
