What a weekend!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to visit us at Standen House & Garden. We had such a lovely time celebrating another brilliant weekend of makers and beautiful things.

And just like that, our larger-scale fair season comes to an end!

But… we’re already looking ahead 👀

We have some exciting announcements coming soon — new venues, new dates, exciting opportunities and some brilliant new partnerships and collaborations for 2027.

There’s lots to look forward to. ✨

A little glimpse of some of the fabulous makers joining us at Standen House this September!

Join us 11–13 September for our Autumn Makers Fair, set against the stunning Arts & Crafts backdrop and beautiful gardens of Standen.

Expect a thoughtfully curated collection of independent makers, from luxurious knitwear and beautiful ceramics to handmade garden sculptures and more.

Ready for day two of Sheffield Park and Garden, National Trust Makers Fair — and thankfully, it’s a little cooler today....Phew!

If you’re planning to come along, you’ll find us down on Manor Lawn, right in front of the house. From the reception entrance, simply follow the left-hand path down towards the lawn.

We’re tucked under the stretch tent, with fresh lemonade and iced coffees from Cairovan Egyptian Street Food to keep you refreshed. 🍋☕️

Access update- Sheffield park and garden makers fair this Friday to Sunday.

The site is open and fully accessible!

There is currently a road closure on the A275 between Sheffield Park Station (Bluebell Railway) and Sheffield Park due to emergency water-main works.

If you're travelling to the fair, please approach via Fletching/Newick. Please plan your route with this in mind.

Nestled in the heart of the Sussex High Weald, Standen is one of the finest Arts & Crafts houses in the country, making it the perfect setting to celebrate exceptional handmade work from talented independent makers.
Join us for a wonderful day out, with beautifully crafted ceramics, jewellery, textiles, prints, homewares, all surrounded by the stunning gardens and historic house.

Join us at the beautiful Sheffield Park & Garden! Sheffield Park and Garden, National Trust

We're so excited to be back for three glorious days of the Makers Fair, from Friday 14th – Sunday 16th August, 10am–4pm.

Find us beside the pond under our beautiful stretch tent, where you can meet talented artists and makers, shop directly from the people who create the work, grab a coffee, enjoy face painting, bring a picnic and soak up the stunning surroundings.

With the weather looking lovely, it's the perfect way to spend a summer holiday day.

Follow the left-hand path from the entrance to find us by the pond.
