HEADLINE ANNOUNCEMENT!

We're delighted to announce that the phenomenal GIRL GROUP will be this year's Live At The Queens Fest main stage headliners! For those who haven't been keeping an eye on the genre defying Liverpool based quintet, their rise has been nothing short of meteoric. With Thea, Katya, Mia, Lil and Maria all bringing unique influences and, as a self writing and producing band, having full control over their sound, they've crafted an eclectic blend of alt-pop bangers that juxtapose vivacious, upbeat rhythms with hard hitting lyrics that dive deeply the reality of the female experience.

After their extensive UK and European gigging schedule, we can't wait for them to visit Bridlington for LATQ Fest at The Queens this August, let's give Girl Group the best seaside welcome we can! If you haven't given their music a spin yet, you can find them on all major streaming platforms, you won't be disappointed!

FULL LINEUP:
Main Festival Stage:
Girl Group, The Froot, Feral Family, Beth Pilling And The Bootleggers, O’Phantom,
Follow Deep, Bad Panda, Robyn Banks, Edge of 13, The Limeys, Preventer and Sproose Moose & the Speedholes

Mēkā Acoustic Stage:
Phoebe Marshall, Mae Armstrong-Hardy, Charlotte Lammiman, Tymisha, Don't Fret The Poet, Nick Tudor, Those 2, Smoking In A Room, Leon Barker, Caitlin Painter
Of course a huge thanks must go out to all of our returning sponsors:

Mēkā Creative Space, Rhapsody Coffee & Company, Alex May Gallery, CREAM - Bridlington, Sissy & One, Yorkshire Coast Gigs, Southside Harbour Guitar Straps, Drum Shack

TRIPLE ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT!

We hope everyone had a smashing time at This Feeling's "By The Sea" Weekender at Bridlington Spa to kick off festival season this weekend! If you want to end your Summer with another local original music festival, here are 3 more of the acts who'll be joining us at Queens Bar & Coffee House and Mēkā Art Gallery for Live At The Queens Fest 2026 on Saturday 29th August!

Your penultimate act of the evening will be The Froot, a Modern Vintage Quartet from Hull, UK. Combining influences from both past and present artists across various genres, The Froot always aim to bring to you an ever growing and refreshing sound; whilst maintaining their roots in the boundary breaking music of the Psychedelic 60s and 70s.

The festival wouldn't be complete without the return of Beth Pilling And The Bootleggers who needs no introduction to those who keep an eye on the East Yorkshire music scene. For those who live under a rock, The Bootleggers are a 5 piece genre bending outfit based in Hull. They've played YNOT Festival 2025, headlined Humber Street Sesh in 2024 and smashed countless shows across the country.
Often heard in the wild on readio shows such as BBC Introducing and Radio X, they craft songs to dance to, cry to, and heal to. Come check Beth and her Bootleggers out!

Finally, former Rushbonds front-woman turned professional burger-flipper Robyn Banks spits the female experience out most eloquently, mastering the art of not biting her tongue. With lyrical hacky looks straight from Gateshead, Robyn balances alternative with melodies that stay stuck in your teeth.

We only have a few more acts to announce so keep your eyes on this space!
