Set up - Ashcott’s Beer Fest 2026 Last week - Some photos from the Wednesday into Thursday as we got ready to open . So much happens in that 24 hours - a clear football field to a festival site - a magic transformation - lots of painting and running about with signs, unloading the container, electrical, kitchen rigging, marquees and fencing up, toilets being delivered, beer racking improvements, racking and tapping beers, cooling set up and more - so much help from the crew and volunteers - all excellent x The Down on the Farm theme coming together. We originally thought our licence wouldn’t allow us to, but having contacted county we now have permission to show the match.

Please do get in touch if you’re able to volunteer over the weekend. In particular, we rely on an army of volunteers to help with the big tidy up on Sunday 12th July. We’ll be there all day, if you can spare even an hour, we’d be immensely grateful.

Every person who gives up some of their time contributes to helping support our community.
