The nagging has worked - We're back for another year!

This year our "Theme" is the Commonwealth Games and we'll be running from Saturday the 1st to Sunday the 9th of August.

Each entry will need to cover: A Sports Person, taking part in their recognised sport for Commonwealth country they represent.

Start thinking about you entry. Entry forms will be available shortly and do forget no duplicates, so please wait until you have your entry confirmed to start working on your scarecrow.

That’s a wrap folks!

A massive thank you to all of our entrants.

Joint 3rd Place - The cast of Back to the Future and E.T.

The quality of entries was exceptional and so many entries were worthy of an honourable mention this year.

We’ll see you again next year from the 1st to 9th of August - Make sure to put it in your diary.

We’ll come up with a theme and get back to you - suggestions are always welcome.

The sun is going to be out all day. Our funday activities will be outside, so bring a hat and feel free to bring a chair or blanket.

Be warned, we have some pebble painting for the younger children - just in case you want to bring an old t shirt for them to wear!!

The newly refurbished tennis courts will be open for netball and basketball today.

Looking forward to seeing you all this afternoon for some fun.

The weather is looking fine for the weekend.

So if you haven’t been out spotting scarecrows, now’s you chance!

If you’ve found them all, you could always join in at the Funday at Cefn Cribwr Atheltic Club from 1pm Tomorrow; or

enjoy the live music and presentation at the 3 Horse Shoes from 4pm on Sunday.

It seems we got through the storm. It's great to see so many people out and about scarecrow hunting. Keep it up folks.
