Headway Essex Charity Golf Day 2024

Great to see the Team at Headway Essex today to complete this year's event.

We would like to thank Chris James and Steve Wells who arranged an incredible Headway Essex Charity Golf Day and to all those involved and to all the golfers that came along. Over the past 6 years they have raised almost £30.000 for Headway Essex.
Chris, a brain injury survivor has been a stalwart supporter of Headway Essex and we are incredibly thankful for his support and kindness.
The Golf Day this year raised £7,000 which will help us support
Essex residents with brain injuries to rebuild their lives.

We are nearing our sixth event on Thursday 12 September 2024 being held once again at Chigwell Golf Club for the benefit of Headway Essex

The day comprises of:
Bacon Roll on arrival
Players goodie bag
Pre-Round Champagne Reception
18 holes of golf on a premier Essex course
Halfway House refreshments
2 course meal following the golf
Prize giving, Raffle & Auction held during dinner

So before Christmas Chris and I visited the team at Headway Essex to formally present the 2023 cheque from the Golf Day held in September at Chigwell Golf Club. Many thanks to Chigwell Golf Club, all of the players, sponsors & supporters for their contributions to another successful day.

So today Chris James & Steve Wells made their last visit to Chigwell Golf Club, finished some housekeeping and prepared the players goodie bags ready for Thursday. On Thursday we welcome 80 players to join us for a good day of golf and to raise funds for Headway Essex
