The picturesque village of Staveley is situated just 5 miles from Lake Windermere, the largest of the English Lakes. For anyone wishing to travel by car junction 36 of the M6 motorway is just15 minutes away. Rail links (North West Line) are available to Oxenholme (The Lake District) station, from which a local train service is available to Staveley. No Summer School this year, however we are delighted to announce we have secured the services of Neil Adams MBE, the most successful British Judoka ever. Neil is twice Olympic silver medalist, former World Champion, twice European Champion, he will be accompanies by his wife Nike, herself a former Olympian.
