Long-awaited foaling update… apologies for the silence, it’s been a very busy few weeks here! We are delighted to introduce foals 29–35, who have all safely arrived over the past fortnight, and what a lovely group they are proving to be already.

First to arrive was a beautiful bay filly from first-time mummy Willow for Lambley House. Willow took motherhood completely in her stride and is proving to be a wonderfully attentive mare. This sweet filly is sired by Michael’s stallion Tangeloma and already shows plenty of quality, presence, and character.

Next, we welcomed another stunning bay filly for the Roberts family. Missy is doing a fantastic job caring for her little one, who has settled in beautifully. Sired by Argento, this elegant filly has all the makings of an exciting youngster for the future.

We then had the arrival of a striking greying c**t with plenty of “bling” for Hambro Sport Horses. This handsome boy is by resident stallion Pencos Arctic King and is a full sibling to “Bear,” Luna’s impressive 2025 foal. He is already showing plenty of strength, quality, and personality, and we are very excited to watch him develop.

Keeping with the bay theme, another gorgeous bay filly arrived, this time out of Charlotte Duffin’s mare Daisy. She may be petite, but she is absolutely perfect in every way — a real little pocket rocket with a lovely outlook and plenty of charm already.

Hambro House Sport Horses welcomed yet another beautiful bay filly to round off this latest batch of arrivals. This precious girl has already stolen plenty of hearts in the yard and has certainly kept the “bay filly streak” going strong!

A lovely bay c**t then arrived for Roly Willcox out of her mare Biba. This substantial filly is sired by Comfort and has certainly made an impression already with her size, strength, and quality.

Finally, to conclude this latest foaling update, the Roberts family’s mare Millie chose the sunshine today to welcome her stunning palomino c**t into the world. Sired by resident stallion Dunhill Desert Storm, this exceptional c**t is already turning heads with his striking colour, presence, and quality. A truly eye-catching young horse, and a wonderful way to round off another successful fortnight of foal arrivals.

New resident stallion for the 2026 season…

Venterprise ⭐️

He is a quality British-bred stallion by the legendary Voltaire. Approximately 50% Thoroughbred, he combines exceptional athleticism, speed, and technique with an effortless way of going, covering the ground easily and meeting fences naturally in his stride. He possesses three expressive, elastic paces and an excellent temperament, making him an ideal sire for eventing, show jumping, dressage, sport horses, and quality all-rounders.

He is one of the few British-bred sons of Voltaire currently standing in the UK. Carrying the influential performance bloodlines of Furioso II and Gotthard, Voltaire has become one of the most significant stallions in modern sport horse breeding. Alongside producing numerous approved sons, he has sired offspring that have competed successfully at the highest levels of the sport, including 1.60m show jumping and Grand Prix dressage. His dam sire, Springfield Symphony, is also the grandsire of Safira, who competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

His oldest progeny, Vendeavour, now five years old, qualified for the 2025 British Eventing Five-Year-Old Championship at his very first BE100 competition, producing a double clear at Swancliffe Park. Widely regarded as an exciting prospect for the future, he is already showing considerable promise.

Foals 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28 of the season have now arrived.

First to arrive was the long-awaited foal from Dory, who produced a substantial chestnut filly for the Radley family. By Comfort, this filly was certainly worth the wait and is already full of character and presence. First-time mum Dory is doing a fantastic job.

Next, Flora delivered a wonderful coloured c**t by resident stallion Samaii. He has ticked all the boxes so far, and we have everything crossed that he proves to be homozygous 🤞🏼

Foal number 26 was a full Thoroughbred filly for David Black, out of his mare Spirit of Jacobs. Spirit is proving to be a wonderful mother and is taking excellent care of her filly.

Alison Howard’s mare Sprout then produced a beautiful bay filly by Argento. Sprout is being a devoted mum and the pair are doing brilliantly.

Finally, Wonky welcomed a pretty filly by resident stallion Derringer. We are very impressed with the quality he is producing, and Wonky is doing a fantastic job with baby Dusty.
