A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the 18th Bourn to Run today - we had nearly 400 runners which was a brilliant turn-out, despite the rain!

And thank you to all of our incredible volunteers - from the marshals, the cake bakers, the refreshments team and our MC Danny, we couldn't have done it without you!

We also had some brilliant raffle prizes courtesy of Bamboo Sky, Cambridge Country Club, Outtrain, Cambourne Fitness and Sports Centre, Xtreme360, Up & Running Cambridge, The Fox & Hounds Barley, Emily Tallulah Flowers and JDM Talent Ltd - thank you all so much for your support!

Tomorrow is race day! We are so excited to see you all in the morning for the 18th Bourn to Run 🤩

Registration for Bourn to Run 2025 is open!

Sign up for the 10km trail running route or family-friendly 3km before 30th June and save 10% on registration fees. As usual, there will be a toddler dash for the youngest participants, activities, BBQ and raffle on the day.

Join us on Sunday 28th September for our 18th year, to raise funds for Bourn Primary Academy and the village sports club.

🤩🤩 The fundraising total is in 🤩🤩
The B2R committee is delighted to let you know that we raised just over ⭐️⭐️ £11,500 ⭐️⭐️ from the event!
We are so pleased with this total: it will make a considerable difference to the primary school and the children that attend.
Just another note of huge thanks to everyone who raced, marshalled, baked, bbq-ed or volunteered in any way. We could not do this event without you, so a sincere thanks to you all.

Bourn to Run 2024: done ✅ 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️☀️…….And what a GREAT day it was!
A huge well done and thank you to everyone who took part in the race and came to enjoy the day. We had a blast, and we hope you did too.
A massive thank you to all our volunteers too both in the run up to the day and on the day: we could not do it without you.
Finally: thank you to all our sponsors. The aim of the event is to raise money for our wonderful little primary school in Bourn and through our sponsorship we are able to fundraise and pass on even more money in order to benefit the children at the school, so thank you.

Today looks like it’s going to be a sunny day ☀️ so why not join us for Bourn to Run!
You can sign up on the day: arrive any time from 0830am, 10k starts @ 1030, and 3k straight after!
There’s also LOTS going on at the Rec too: henna, face painting, hair feathers, BBQ, yoga, dance performance, beat the goalie, ice cream, toddler dash, fancy dress…. And soooo much more!

Preparation for Bourn to Run 2024 has started in earnest - the route has been marked out, grass has been cut and cakes are being baked!
