To mark World Mental Health Day today, here's a few ways to prioritise your mental health at work not just today, but all year round:

⭐️Community: Building professional and personal relationships improves overall morale, makes you feel supported and valued, and enhances teamwork and collaboration.

☕Take regular breaks: A break from your screen and/or some fresh air will make you feel refreshed and refocused when you return to your desk.

⏱Set clear working hours: Keep these boundaries in place in order to keep a good work/life balance and avoid burnout.

📒 Plan out your week: Priorities often change, but having an overview of everything you need to complete each week will help you to keep on track and reduce overwhelm. Aim to get the biggest tasks done first as this often makes the smaller tasks seem much more manageable.

🗣Speak out if you feel overwhelmed: Speak to your manager or HR to come up with a plan of how to manage your workload instead of bottling it up and creating more stress.
