In the lead up to the event we wanted to share some FAQs:
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞?
Tickets give you entry to the event plus a souvenir pint glass, a programme listing all the beers, lager, cider and wine with tasting notes, and 2 free beer tokens equivalent to 1 pint.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬?
Beer tokens are £2 each. They entitle you to half a pint of a beer, lager or cider of your choice.
𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐡?
We will have card readers available that accept all major forms of card payment.

Children are welcome, but this event is designed for adults. For safety and licensing reasons, children are not permitted at the bar area. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 please be prepared to show valid ID when purchasing alcohol.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, please consider if they are ok with loud music.

To support our food vendors and fundraising efforts, no outside food or drink is permitted. Thank you for helping us make this event a success!
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞?
We are a rural village and the nearest public transport (Alton/Liphook) train station, is a short taxi ride away. Alternatively, we have car parking available if you can find a designated driver!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫?
We are a predominantly outside event, and now we are in autumn the evenings can get chilly! We have plenty of shelter from any rain but please dress appropriately for an autumn evening, and the possibility of it being a bit muddy underfoot.
