The team at UK Sportives are sad to say we have had to cancel our 'Helping Kids with Cancer' sportive. This is due to low entry numbers that wouldn't make the event viable.

Thank you to those that have entered. We have asked Results Base to process all refunds and an email will go out to you advising of this.

It is back to the drawing board for the team and see how we can move forwards.

Are you looking for a sportive challenge in the North West of the UK? Are you new to sportives and want to know what they are all about?

Well look no further than UK Sportives- Helping kids with Cancer sportive held on the 12th May. This event is a great opportunity for those new to sportives to see what it is about.

We have an option of two distances, 30 and 60 miles and both are relatively flat. Both start from Bolton Arena and head out towards Southport with the 30 miles breaking off at 15 miles and the 60 miles carrying on towards Southport.

Once the 60 miles hits the beach, they follow the quiet country lanes until they hit the feed station and pick up the 30-mile route.

All finishers will receive a medal at the finish and of course some post ride goodies to eat.

Join our cycling sportive on Sunday 12th May in aid of

Starting from Bolton Arena, we have the option of two routes- 30 miles and 60 miles, heading out towards Southport.

The route is relatively flat and is great for those new to sportives or seasoned cyclists who want get some miles in their legs whilst supporting a wonderful charity.

help children like William to feel more included in everyday life.

By gifting William with a trike, he was able to be involved in family walks. It has made William very happy and has increased his fitness.

Fitness and wellbeing is a gift a lot of us take for granted and only realise how valuable it is when it is taken away.
