A thank you from BRC Committee.
We would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all the participants and attendees at our Jungle Mayhem Carnival yesterday.
The parade was fabulous, so much creativity and enthusiasm despite the high temperatures.
Thanks to the Judges who had an extremely hard job!
The Showground looked amazing, the arena events fabulous and Iron Tyger playing live in the evening were spectacular and so well met!
Security did a superb job at keeping us all safe. It’s a huge job on the road closures, maintaining everybody’s safety whilst trying to keep Bognor moving, and again on the Showground maintaining that safety so children and families can feel secure and enjoy their day. Hats off to you guys and gals.
Thanks to First aid for looking out for everyone on what was a very hot day!
Thanks to Wayne on PA who kept the sounds rolling, great job! And to Town Forces Chris, Billy and Richard for all your help as usual.
Massive thanks also to our sponsors, without you it would all be so much harder.
Last but not least thanks to the participants and visitors, without you there would be no event!
If I forgotten anyone please don’t take offence and know you are loved!
We know we don’t always get it 100% right but I can assure you it’s not for lack of trying!
Carnival is run by a tiny committee, this year literally 3 people put this together and made it happen so please when you are critiquing the day bear that in mind. Blood sweat and tears goes into it….literally! Three volunteers did that, and it’s a lot more complicated than it appears on the surface. Remember we are always looking for new committee members if yesterday inspired you to join the volunteering community!!

It’s Carnival Day At Last!!
The sun is shining down on us today in Bognor Regis!
Come and enjoy a full afternoon/evening of FREE entertainment.
PARADE leaves Esplanade in town at 12 noon.
Showground in West Park open 12noon til 8pm.
Food, Bar, stalls, rides, arena events and so much more!
Come and support your Community Carnival.
Please smile and wave and put some pennies in the pink buckets please! See you there!!

West Park is taking shape for Carnival Showground tomorrow, Lorrie’s are being loaded for road closures.
The weather is going to be fantastic so come and join us at the FREE community Carnival! We’d love to see you there!

Busy day of FREE entertainment!! Parade, Arena Events, Stalls, Food Court, Bar, Cole’s Funfair on Esplanade and children’s rides in West Park. Iron Tyger headlining on the main stage in West Park show ground.

Please take note of yellow corex signs warning of road closures and ensure you don’t park on those roads as restrictions are in place.
Our road closures are rolling and open behind the Carnival….please be patient, we keep them closed as short a time as possible. Please don’t abuse our road closure stewards, they’re only doing their jobs and keeping everyone safe. Thanks 🤎
