New routines are now live and ready for teachers! ✨

What people see at events or in class is only a small part of the process. Behind every routine is countless messages, shared ideas, music choices, choreography tweaks, creative discussions, and so much hard work from a brilliant team of people who care deeply about making All Nations what it is.

We’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by some of the best in the business, all working together to help All Nations continue growing in such a positive way ❤️

We honestly can’t wait to see these new routines come to life in lessons and at events over the next few months.

⭐️Listen to the music properly.
Not just counting…actually hear it. Let the beat drive your movement rather than guessing where it should be.

⭐️Don’t over dance.
Less is often more. Clean, controlled, well executed movement will always look better than throwing everything at it and losing quality.

⭐️Use the floor wisely.
Give yourself space. If you stand well back and think ahead, judges can see you clearly and you avoid unnecessary collisions.

⭐️Confidence shows.
Even if you’re not feeling it, look like you are. Strong presentation and performance skills goes a long way.

⭐️Act the dance.
It’s not just steps. Show the character, match the style, and make it feel like a performance rather than a routine.

⭐️Confidence: Commit to every movement and enjoy the moment. I love watching a dancer that oozes confidence. It’s a pleasure to watch and really makes a performance stand out!

⭐️Energy and Consistency: A dancer that can keep their energy and stamina consistent from start to finish with no fading before that final pose!

⭐️Timing and Musicality: Stay precise with the music as great timing makes routines look polished and clean!
