Are you ready to take on one of Lancashire's most unique ultra marathon experiences?
Join us on Saturday 26th September 2026 for our 30-mile Ultra Marathon, starting beneath the iconic Blackpool Tower and finishing at the magnificent Lancaster Castle.
This isn't like any other ultra. Along the way, you'll experience stunning coastal scenery, quiet trails, and one incredible feature that sets this event apart… a ferry crossing across the estuary.
Event Details: 📅 Saturday 26th September 2026 ⏰ First wave starts at 7:30am (runners will set off in waves to allow for the ferry crossing) 🗼Start: Blackpool Tower 🏰 Finish: Lancaster Castle ⏱️ 8-hour cut-off
To keep you fuelled throughout your adventure, there will be 3 water and feed station checkpoints along the course, supported by our friendly Lancashire Trails team.
Every finisher will be welcomed across the finish line to receive an exclusive event hoodie and an amazing finisher's medal, well-earned rewards for completing this incredible challenge.
We'll also have free professional event photography throughout the course, capturing those unforgettable moments and your amazing achievement for you to look back on and share.
Don't worry about getting back to the start—we also offer transport back to Blackpool, which can be added when you enter.
