Saturday saw the second event in the Icon Darts Events 2026 Series 🏆

The knockout bracket was absolutely stacked, with the likes of Jordan Brooks, Willie Borland, Scott Dale, Gary Whittles and the standout youth player of the day, Jaxon Smith.

There were some cracking matches throughout the knockout rounds. Daryl Peach edged past Todd Richardson in a deciding leg thriller, Scott Dale survived a tough test against Joshua Lightowler, and Willie Borland produced one of the performances of the day with an 88.41 average in his quarter-final victory.

Eventually we were down to our two finalists and what a final it promised to be... Jordan Brooks v Willie Borland.

Borland had been in good form all afternoon and carried an 88.15 average into the final, but Jordan Brooks found another gear when it mattered most. In a high-quality contest, Brooks took the title with a 5-3 victory to claim Event 2 of the Icon Darts Series.

Jordan's route to the title was seriously impressive. He defeated Lewis McDowell, Callum Warwick, Scott Roberts and Gary Whittles before overcoming William Borland in the final, averaging over 81 for the tournament and producing some relentless scoring throughout the knockout stages.
