Warrior Fitness Training The Warrior Fitness Training programme is based on regular Basic Fitness Tests (BFT) that recruits are required to pass before progressing further.

WARRIOR FITNESS TRAINING is an initial 12 week indoor gym programme designed to build CV fitness, endurance and strength in a military format, it then leads to "recruits" testing themselves outdoors in a military environment. There is an initial Recruit BFT to prove fitness levels before starting the Warrior Fitness Training Programme. Following that there are 3 more levels of Basic Fitness Test t

o complete which get progressively more difficult satrting with PLATOON leading to BATTALION and finally COMMANDO. Each section lasts for 4 weeks and there are 4 workouts to complete before completeing the next BFT. Recruits that complete the COMMANDO phase will qualify for the WARRIOR FT Outdoor Events.
