Hello November!!!👋🏼

The countdown to Christmas 🎄 has now started!

It’s pub night tonight for the Milborne group tonight at Miborne school - hope to see as many of you there as possible!

Wednesday - Matwork Pilates with Clare at Splitz Studio, and of course, join us on zoom too!

On Saturday, fitness intervals will be in Hertfordshire, and we are hoping for dry, sunny weather!

Happy Sunday everyone 🤗🤗

It’s been such a lovely weekend, and the weather has been lush ☀️

I’ve been out this morning running the - first time back since 2019!! It was a great turn out as usual and a fantastic course 🌊 🏖 🏃‍♀️

As for next week - no sessions from me as I have a marathon at the weekend! Promise I will be back for a fitness Pilates class in half-term week!

Milborne school at 6pm with Mum tomorrow eve - they’ve already booked their Christmas party 🎉 🎄 😂

Hello October🍂🍁 👋🏼

It’s autumn already!! 🍂 and the nights are drawing in 🌜😥

We start the week with Pilates with Clare at Milborne St Andrew School 🏫 as it is the first Monday of the month, there is the usual social at the pub after 🍺🤗

Thursday fitness Pilates will return next week. Due to all of my meetings and open evenings etc, I have not been able to run this class consistently. Instead, we will run it on an ad-hoc basis and I will let members know when the class will be on!

Hello everyone!👋🏼

We are back to normal next week with classes after Mum’s trip to the Isles of Scilly 🌊🛳⚓️

Monday’s class is now back at Milborne St Andrew Primary school 🏫 more space after lots of new starters, which is brilliant!

I got lost a fair few times (probably due to my complete awful sense of direction 🧐)

Anyway….. loadssss of hills, loads of cows 🐮 sheep 🐑 and more hills 😂

An early post ready for Monday!

We have a quieter due to Mother (Clare) jetting off to the Isles of Scilly, therefore classes this week will be on zoom only!

We will not be having a Thursday evening class as I am kindly covering Mum’s evening class at the sports centre!

I have a big season coming up with trail races most weekends now 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ can’t wait to break in my new trainers 👟 woohoo 🙌🏻!!

Here is the timetable for this week, a few changes due to cover and now longer meetings at school in the evenings!

HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY 🤗

I cannot believe the summer holidays are very nearly over and it’s back to school already!! 🏫

Bank holiday Monday, no classes will be running - a pre recorded Pilates HIIT will be sent to members directly on Tuesday.

Everything else is as normal after bank holiday!
