🥳 THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTIED WITH US AT The Half Moon Inn Bishop’s Stortford!!! 🥳

Another sold out event and the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer! Special mention to Face for Radio for a magnificent headline performance - it was such a pleasure to have them back with us! 🩷

The fabulous Carmen Amor wowed the audience with her stripped back solo performance, and you may have spotted Carmen filming the event throughout the day alongside Jake Atkins-Wilson ✨📹

We loved collaborating with the lovely Faye & Dan from Hoodoo Radio for this event - they know a good party tune! 🎵

Thank you to everyone who performed out in the sun during the afternoon, it was a joy to have 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐲 🌞, , and James Roberts join us in the garden ☀️

Thanks to our sound tech .wabc for doing a cracking job, our phenomenal team on the door and the staff at The Half Moon Inn Bishop’s Stortford for looking after us 🙏🏽

Our next event at The Half Moon will be in October - in the meantime you can catch us this Sunday at BaileyHillsWine for The Sparkling Session with Alex Bayly, 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐲 🌞 and Danny Janeway🎸, and on 22nd September we’ll be at Paisà - more details to be revealed soon!! Cheers, Tim and Joe 🩷💛

IT’S A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND WE’RE HAVING A PARTY!!! 🥳

Our favourite party band Face for Radio are headlining the night at The Half Moon Inn Bishop’s Stortford along with the fabulous Beija Flo, and we’ll have DJ sets throughout the day and into the night from our favourite Hoodoo Radio DJs 🩷

We’ll be in the secret garden with the wonderful 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐲 🌞, Carmen Amor, , and James Roberts from 4pm (or inside if the weather’s a bit iffy), before moving into the Long Room from 7pm ☀️

✨Beija Flo joins our bank holiday summer party line up!✨

We are beyond excited to have Liverpool-based artist Beija Flo performing with us, a decade since she last took to the stage at The Half Moon Inn Bishop’s Stortford. The name Beija Flo is derived from the Portuguese for hummingbird, and like the feathered friend she shares her name with is eye-catching yet delicate in equal measure.

Impossible to pin down, Beija Flo’s sound is one that encompasses everything from open hearted balladry to acerbic punk. Tackling everything from love and relationships through to mental and sexual health, she is truly an artist for our times, juxtaposing her darkest moments against those of enduring hope. To witness Beija Flo live is an unforgettable experience. Songs, performance and costumes aside she provokes a conversation that many would shy away from. Beija Flo’s reality is weaved through music, poetry, comedy, art and the narrative she shares with an ever growing audience.

She has made a name for herself at independent music venues throughout the UK by rocking up with her laptop and leotard and demonstrating her deep ability to captivate audiences with this simple set up. Beija Flo’s live set has now evolved into a full band experience. Sometimes she is found on the piano, sometimes just her poems, but she is always the centre of attention.

A big thank you to all of our performers last night! ._.atkinson and James Roberts opened the night impeccably, played some of our indie favourites and brought the party vibes!
