From the start line nerves to the finish line celebrations, here are just a few moments from the very first Bishop’s Stortford Running Festival 🏃‍♀️🏅

The atmosphere, the support, the volunteers, the crowds, the music - and somehow all of it happening in scorching sunshine ☀️🥵

From the early morning set-up crews to the water stations, course marshals, bag drop teams, finish line helpers and everyone behind the scenes - we genuinely could not have delivered the Bishop’s Stortford Running Festival without you 🙌

You kept runners safe, motivated and smiling throughout one VERY hot day ☀️🥵 The encouragement, positivity and energy you brought to the event was incredible to see.

Community events like this simply don’t happen without people willing to give up their time to help others - and we’re hugely grateful to every single volunteer who played a part in making our first-ever festival such a success 💚

Bishop’s Stortford… you were incredible 💚

Thank you to every runner, volunteer, sponsor and spectator who made the very first Bishop’s Stortford Running Festival so special.

From the early morning set-up crews to the final finishers crossing the line in the afternoon heat ☀️🏅 - the atmosphere throughout the town was unbelievable.

This event was built around community, positivity and bringing people together through running - and thanks to all of you, that vision became reality.

We’d especially like to thank our sponsors and partners for supporting a brand-new event and helping us create something the town can be proud of 🙌

The first chapter is complete.
