We are still on track to start back on Saturday 3 April. Everyone has been sent an email to book sessions. Let me know if you haven‘t received it. Please make sure you book the sessions you want so we have enough coaches available. This is the form to complete

Following the announcement of our region going into tier 4 I would like to clarify the situation with regards to training. England Athletics guidance which is agreed by Government is that organised activities for U18s is allowed. We will therefore be continuing our sessions throughout January. Our Saturday session is postponned until after lockdown. A training plan has been sent to everyone so check your inboxes and if you have't received it please let me know. Hope to see you all back soon.

Our Saturday session is now running every week in Perry Hall Park. To monitor attendance we are asking parents to book sessions. If you are interested please let us know and we can send you a booking form

We are looking at starting some sessions on Saturday with groups of 5 children to 1 coach in order to ensure we can be safe and adhere to social distancing. We will be holding a holiday camp at Easter on Wednesday 15 April - Friday 17 April 2020. Parents can book for all three days or whichever day/days they would like. This is a great opporuntiy to get a head start on the athletics season at school with our experienced coaches and all the children have a great time with us when they are come alond. But don't just believe me this is what one of the parents said after a camp last summer:

"My 12 year old has had the best 3 days on the AP Athletics summer camp. She absolutely loved it!! Such knowledgeable expert coaches - lots of great technique tips and advice and lots of fun. She tried everything - sprints, hurdles, javelin, shot put, long jump, high jump plus strength and conditioning sessions and nutrition advice. She s now hooked and wishes they happened more frequently. Thank you so much from a very happy and tired 12 year old"
