Functional Body Clinic at !

Helping our attendees to keep training throughout the week whilst reducing their pain, helping them to recover quickly and equip them with the knowledge they need to move their practice forwards.

Crucial for those looking to continue in aerial and circus longternm, and great to see so many of you getting involved in the classes! 🙌

Last but by NO MEANS least - Katerina Anastopoulou will be teaching at this year's TILT Festival! 🎉

Katerina is a circus artist specialising in aerial disciplines, with a passion for dynamic movement, expressive flow and storytelling. She started her aerial journey in Athens in 2012 and moved to London in 2018 to train at the National Centre for Circus Arts, graduating in 2021 with a BA (Hons).

Her approach to hoop has been naturally influenced by the dynamic quality she developed through aerial straps. She loves playing with momentum, spinning, and finding movements that create a feeling of weightlessness. Hoop has become a space for her to combine strength and flow, while continuing to explore her movement style in new and creative ways.

We can't wait to train with her next month! 🤩
