☘️Is Luna Springs a cashless venue?
Yes. Luna Springs is a fully cashless venue, so all payments must be made by card or contactless payment methods.
☘️Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Luna Springs features both indoor and outdoor spaces. We have a heated indoor area where entertainment takes place, as well as our outdoor stage hosting live performances and DJs.
☘️ Is there seating available?
Yes. We have seating available both inside our heated indoor area and outside around the venue.
☘️ Do I need ID to buy alcohol?
Yes. Valid ID must be available to purchase alcoholic drinks. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you look under 25 please bring accepted photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.
☘️ Is food available at the venue?
Yes. Food is available to purchase on-site, with vendors serving throughout events.
☘️ Can I bring my dog?
No.
☘️ Can I bring my own food or drink?
No. Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the venue.
☘️ Is the venue heated?
Yes. Our indoor space is heated, so you can stay comfortable while enjoying the entertainment.
☘️ Will there be security checks on entry?
Yes. All guests may be subject to searches on entry. These checks take place at the front door to help ensure the safety and security of everyone attending the venue.
