Today, the Wrestle Island family lost one of its most important members.
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our Head Medic, Pat, who sadly passed away today.
Pat was so much more than a medic. She was the person who helped keep our wrestlers, staff and fans safe at every event. Her care, professionalism and kindness gave everyone confidence, and she was an absolute pleasure to have as part of our team. No matter the situation, Pat was always there with a smile, a helping hand and words of encouragement.
On a personal level, I will deeply miss her advice and support with my own health issues. She was always there to listen, offer guidance and genuinely cared about how I was doing. That support meant more than she probably ever knew.
The impact Pat had on Wrestle Island and the people around her cannot be measured. She touched so many lives through her compassion, dedication and friendship.
Our thoughts are with her family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Thank you for everything, Pat. Your legacy will live on through the countless people you helped and cared for.
