Multiple new events helping to raise money for charity.

Despite looking carefully at what the government has set forward and little return back to school kesfit can not hold events until suitable, so for us we will not be looking at holding events until September, but come September will we review this again.

We look forward to eventually seeing you and introducing new members into the group.

We are still here!

We are working behind the scenes on the little jobs and of course the school work.

After the prime ministers statement yesterday we have decided not to hold anymore events until September (will be rethought then too) when we anticipate to have new year 12 (current year 11) take over and ourselves step back to advisors. With new members we will be able to hold more events and different sort of events.

I would like to thank all members of the public that have supported us and gave us the opportunity to hold our events in your local community.

See you in September!

We all hope you are keeping well.

As most of us are at home keeping other members of society safe , we would like some ideas.

Can you think of any fitness related events we can hold for family / friends to take part in and what time of the year you believe it will be suitable?

Couple example ideas :
- 6 a side football ( summer)
- community sports day ( summer)

During these worrying times we all have to work together.

Keep your mental health strong by going for walks or runs. If you are self isolating with the family, do family exercises to help each other get through this . Remember to also eat healthy foods to ensure you feel your best and strengthen your immune system. Don't let anyone feel lonely during these times, keep talking to each other !

As a small business we are currently planning for future events but if you have any questions please ask.

Tomorrow is the day of the KESfit Coastal, good weather forecast, the KESfit team is ready, all volunteers are excited.

All is needed is for you to turn up and take part!

Feel free to attend any time starting for 10 finishing at 2 and take as long as you want.

Hi vis jackets will show our Marshalls, for any questions on the day please ask a Marshall and distances will also be shown on the back of the hi vis jackets.

Start point is at Minnis Bay, the car park behind The Minnis restaurant where you will be signed in by our start Marshalls.

Reculver towers marks the 5k point and 10 k will be from minnis Bay to the reculver towers then back to Minnis Bay.

Please feel free to use our Instagram boards to take photos of your accomplishment and share to your friends and family.

Donations all appreciated for the Young Enterprise charity.

At KESfit all members believe in a healthy lifestyle to help keep healthy minds and improve our wellbeing.

More of a reason for you to take part in the 5k,10k run walk or cycle from minnis Bay to reculver this Saturday!!

We will be releasing the new date for the KESfit Coastal from minnis Bay to reculver tomorrow at 6 pm, keep your eyes peeled.

We look forward to hosting our first event and already have many plans for future events!!
