Traditional and contemporary Folk dance is a big part of our event and our local leading ladies Beverley Garland Dancers have invited a stellar array of teams from all across the country to dance in our streets at the 2026 festival - including Cricket On The Hearth, Rackaback Morris, Tatterfoals, Slubbing Billy's North West Morris, Raving Maes, Makara, Harlequin Morris, Green Ginger Garland dancers, Clogarhythm, and Bradshaw Mummers! See them dance at the Market Cross, Cross Street, Walkergate, The Clock Tower near Beverley Railway Station, and Flemingate!

Only 2 weeks to go until we’re joined by the Humberside Music Hub Youth Outdoor Stage as part of Beverley Folk Festival 🎶✨

Students from Humberside Music Hub will be entertaining audiences at Flemingate with a fantastic afternoon of live outdoor performances 🎤🎸🥁
