The Black & Gold Pub and Function venue The Black & Gold Berwick has a bright and fresh function suite that will seat 120, with a spacious dance floor.

There is a large stage that will accommodate a live band or a disco. Weddings are our speciality, we can help you achieve that longed for perfect day. Christenings, funeral teas, conferences or meetings, we will meet your requirements. We also offer a bespoke outside catering service and a mobile bar, so we can bring our services to you. The function room is available for a small fee, and all othe

r prices are available upon application. We also have a separate bar that comfortably seats 50, and has its own pool table. There are also numerous testimonials on offer, these are all available on request.

🌸 IT’S OFFICIAL — HER VOICE MATTERS LAUNCH NIGHT IS HERE 🌸
After months of conversations, planning, support and encouragement from women across Berwick, we’re finally ready to officially launch Her Voice Matters – Berwick ❤️
With other support initiatives also recently being announced locally, we just wanted to clarify that Her Voice Matters is its own independent women’s peer support group based here in Berwick, so we don’t want anyone getting confused between the different groups and organisations being shared online ❤️
What started as a simple idea — creating a safe space for women to talk, connect and feel heard — has already grown into something with incredible support behind it.
The amount of messages, shares, encouragement and women reaching out wanting to be involved has honestly been overwhelming ❤️
We’re also proud that this won’t be about competition — it’s about community. We’ll be looking to work alongside other local support groups and organisations wherever possible, including groups such as Menopause Friends and others supporting wellbeing within our community ❤️

Congratulations to Stuart Weeks, our week one winner of the George Thompson memorial knockout. In a closely fought final against Scott Jobling, Weeksy showed his class to come through to be our first finalist.

A fantastic turn out for the first week, big thanks to all the players for turning out and making it a brilliant first night.
