I wanted to put off writing this as I thought a few days would help and I would feel better. On Thursday last week I doing some lifting at home first it didn’t affect me, then later on that night up with Jessica as she was teething and my back went!

I have been on strong pain killers since and I’m just in a lot of pain. The weekend was really difficult 😞but grateful to have extra hands to help.

Not letting anyone down and I know we’ve had hall issues I’ve decided to re start my classes beginning of June. This is just to give my back a couple of weeks of getting back to normal.

Any bookings I will happily transfer and re start passes for June ones that purchased. I do apologize. I’m just in a lot of pain. Every time I move, bend down to hold Jessica’s hand.

I hope my CLUBBERS understand. I will see you in June ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
